The method

You can’t skip the foundation.

Most advice fails not because it’s wrong, but because it’s done out of order. Izdyhar is one path, built the way a life actually stacks — base first, meaning after.

The Izdyhar framework: master the three foundations — Health, Wealth, and Relationships — before reaching for Identity.

The destination — not a product

Identity

mission · craft · the life only you’d choose

Build the base first
  • Health the body that carries
  • Wealth stability to think clearly
  • Relationships the people it’s made of

The foundation — master these three first

Pillar I · Health

The body that carries everything else.

Nothing else holds if the body doesn’t. Sleep, movement, and food are the substrate of every clear thought and every kept promise — which is why this is the first pillar, not a nice-to-have.

Mastered looks like: a sleep routine that survives bad weeks, a minimum training habit you actually keep, and a default way of eating that needs no willpower.

Pillar II · Wealth

Stability to think clearly.

Money noise is a tax on attention. This pillar isn’t about getting rich — it’s about getting money quiet enough that it stops making your decisions for you: buffers, a runway, systems that run without you.

Mastered looks like: a truthful picture of where the money goes, months of runway counted honestly, and no financial decision made in panic.

Pillar III · Relationships

The people a good life is made of.

A flourishing life is not a solo project. The third pillar is the deliberate work of repairing what’s quietly broken, deepening what’s shallow, and choosing your people on purpose — the few over the many.

Mastered looks like: hard conversations you no longer avoid, boundaries that don’t burn bridges, and fewer, deeper people around you.

The threshold

Stable enough to choose.

Most people never cross it — not for lack of ambition, but because a leaking pillar keeps pulling the day back down. When the base holds, something quiet happens: your choices become yours again. That’s the threshold. Everything after it is a different kind of question.

The destination

Identity — what the base is for.

Identity is not a course, and we won’t sell you one. It’s what becomes possible once the foundation holds: work chosen for the craft of it, a mission you’d keep even if no one watched, the life only you would have chosen. Eudaimonia — a life going well — lives here.

Reach for it too early and it collapses into performance. Build the base first, and it stands on its own.

Start with the foundation.

One course per pillar — or the whole path, in order.
