Our story

Where this came from.

Izdyhar wasn’t planned. It was asked for — by people who wanted the answer step by step, in order.

The founder of Izdyhar, a pharmacist, leaning against the counter of a dispensary lined with prescription baskets.

The backstory

I moved to England to work as a pharmacist. I thought I’d stay — and I never planned to teach anyone anything about how to live.

The colleagues noticed something before I did. I was steady in a way that stood out on hard shifts — “too happy for a Monday,” one of them put it. For a while it was a joke. Then one day the question was asked properly: how are you like this — and how do we get there?

So I shared what I had. The books that had actually changed something. The protocols I ran when weeks went bad. The lessons from mentors who didn’t just talk about virtue but lived inside it. It helped — but it was scattered, and scattered advice is what everyone already drowns in.

Then they asked for the thing that became this whole project: “Give it to us step by step. In the order we should do it in.” That sentence is why Izdyhar exists.

Everything here is drawn from years of a personal archive — a zettelkasten of what actually worked, kept long before anyone asked. The product was never the notes. It was putting them in the right order.

What we hold.

i

Order before ambition

The foundations come before the grand project of you. Ambition built on a leaking base becomes another source of leaks.

ii

Virtue over hacks

Character compounds; tricks decay. We teach the slow things that keep working after the novelty is gone.

iii

Real over performative

No borrowed lives, no fake proof, no numbers we can’t stand behind. If we can’t say it honestly, we don’t say it.

iv

Steps, not sermons

Every lesson ends in something you can do. Inspiration without a next step is entertainment.

The order is the product.

Health, then Wealth, then Relationships — and only then, Identity. The full reasoning is on the method page.
